Situated high up in the hills and nestled between two fjords, this area has a lot to offer. Spectacular 150 metre waterfalls, Birds of Paradise in the wild and breathtaking views of the coastline and Solomon Sea. Your hosts are two young locals, Rodney and Jackson, who really go out of their way to make you feel at home. They will take you on some great treks and share their local knowledge with you. 1hour 15 mins by canoe and an easy 40 min walk.
Please note that village guesthouse accommodation is not located at Tufi Resort, they are located down the coast line within relatively close proximity to the resort. The cost to stay in one of the village guesthouses is USD$120 per person/per night and includes all meals. Transfers are an additional cost USD$30 per boat one way from villages to Yavi or USD$90 per boat one way for villages beyond Yavi.
